Lowest Price Promise

Some products are so keenly priced that Merrows can guarantee a lowest price subject to certain simple conditions. These products are indicated at this website. This is similar to a price match but with a stronger guarantee. Products sold by competitors which have no guarantees, right of returns, or other consumer protection policies are not price matched by Merrows, and hence the lowest price guarantee would not apply. Similarly, the guarantee would not apply to products sold elsewhere which are not new, copies, or in another sense are not offer real value for money.

This guarantee does not apply to trade customers, and it applies only to the cost of the goods, delivery charges are excluded but the company will always make every effort to lower delivery charges. Delivery charges would only be an issue for a large item such as a bath.

If you see a product elsewhere which is cheaper and also labelled here as a Low Price, then Merrows will match and beat the competitor, subject to the conditions stated above.
